James is a South Korean professional with extensive expertise in the engineering and heavy industries sector over 30 years. Formerly he served as the General Manager of the Boiler Service Team at Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction (formerly Korea Heavy Industries) and the HRSG Business Group at Doosan Engineering & Construction. His broad background in DOOSAN HRSG makes him a leading expert in this field. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree, is a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) accredited by the American Welding Society (AWS), and has achieved a Black Belt in Six Sigma. James has dedicated 30 years to the water and steam cycle process, working with various types of HRSGs, boilers, pressure vessels, and piping. His experience spans manufacturing, quality, engineering, construction, commissioning, warranty, and service. Additionally, he served as the Production Service Engineering Manager for GE Power for over three years. In this role, he was responsible for providing technical and engineering support to customers for global fleets of HRSGs, including both GE OEM and other OEM products.

Joosuk Kim, a South Korean is the Managing Director of HISE co., ltd (Heat Integration Static Equipment). He holds Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to this appointment, he was the General Manager of Boiler/HRSG Basic Design Department for Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction (Formerly known Korea Heavy Industries) and DOOSAN Engineering & Construction HRSG group. Hence, he had a very broad background of DOOSAN HRSG and also, the leading expert in this business He has served 37 years in the water and steam Cycle process where he began gaining 19 years of experience in Boiler Engineering, 14 years on all type of HRSG Engineering, 3 years as a Researcher of HRSG product Development and 1 year as the technical advisor of group new business expansion team.

Ir. Che Mohammad Nizam Bin Che Kamaruddin is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of expertise in occupational safety and health. He previously served as a Senior Assistant Director at the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), Malaysia, where he played a pivotal role in advancing safety standards through approval, inspection, and consultancy services across various industries. Ir. Nizam is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, a Master of Science in Industrial Safety and Health from Universiti Malaysia Pahang, and an Advanced Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, Ir. Nizam possesses extensive knowledge of international standards such as ASME, ASTM, BS, ANSI, EN, API, and TÜV. He is a Certified ASME VIII Division 1 Pressure Vessel Inspector. His wide-ranging expertise encompasses occupational safety and health, approval and inspection of static equipment, consultancy, pipeline services, plant and power generation systems, energy, process engineering, research and development, and EPC consultancy. He has demonstrated exceptional skills in designing, developing, and testing engine and equipment components, managing and coordinating projects, conducting benchmarking studies, and performing market analyses. A passionate advocate for workplace safety and health, Ir. Nizam actively supports industry advancements through his involvement in key initiatives. He is a dedicated committee member of the Malaysian Steam and Internal Combustion Engine Engineer Association (MSIEA).

Nakhui Seong, a South Korean is the Sales Manager of Seonghwa Industrial Co., Ltd. He holds Master’s degree of Mechanical Engineering. He has served 5 years of pipe support engineering department and 10 years of maintenance and service team leader for Seonghwa Industrial Co., Ltd. He had total engineering performance such as pipe stress analysis, 3D modeling, and manufacturing design both of piping and pipe support. In addition, he can manage manufacturing process on all kinds of shop-fabricated piping and pipe supports with full understanding of function mechanism. He was also worked as pipe support inspector at Mundra UMPP in India for 6 months, and experienced plenty of projects not only new built plant but also on-going plant. Hence, he had a very broad background of pipe hanger and support and also, the leading expert in this business.

He has been worked for more than 30 years as a Mechanical Engineering in the power plant. and he started and has been running a venture business. ○ Boryeong #1,2 / 500MW×2 / Coal Fired Power Plant in Korea as an operator & Turbine maintenance department as mechanical engineer for 12 years. ○ Construction and Development Department of Headquarter in KOMIPO Mechanical Engineering Manager for 7 years. ▷ Boryeong Unit 7,8 / 550MW×2 / coal fired power plant(super critical) and Incheon CCPP Unit 2: 500MW Turbine &BOP: ITB, Basic design, technical specification, Improvements and management of construction schedule. ○ Cirebon Electric Power ▷Plant/capacity/type : CEP in Indonesia /660MW / Coal fired power plant construction for 2 years and maintenance for 2 years as mechanical manager. ○ Boryeong CCPP Power operation for 2 years ○ KPJB Indonesia /660MWx 2 Unit / Coal fired power plant maintenance as mechanical general manager for 3 years. ○ KOMIPO In-house Venture and Spin off as Power Tech Solution. ▷ Developing the forced cooling system for steam turbine and established and have been running a venture business for 3 years.
